'RESEARCH WITH A DIFFERENCE, TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE' This is how the Stillbirth Foundation is reducing the incidence of stillbirth. 6 babies are stillborn every day in Australia making stillbirth the leading cause of death in infants under 12 months of age. Up to a third of these deaths are preventable. Funding research and education, the Stillbirth Foundation Australia is making strides in developing practical ways to address prevent this tragedy whilst also obtaining answers as to the causes and risk factors.
