Stafford Rescue Victoria is a registered charity who operate an adoption scheme for unwanted or destitute Staffordshire Bull Terriers, providing a last chance for a happy and secure home. With the increasing popularity of the breed, more Staffys are ending up in animal shelters or as unwanted pets. Staffordshire Bull Terriers are energetic dogs that need to be part of the family. They simply cannot be left in the backyard. We have a deep knowledge and passion for this wonderful breed. There is no ‘use- by’ date placed on the dogs we rescue – they are cared for and loved as long as it takes until a suitable ‘Forever Home’ is found. All are de-sexed, microchipped and vaccinated prior to being re-homed. A lot of time and care is taken to match the right Staffy to the perfect family. In 2019, with the aid of a local government grant and the donations of our amazing supporters, we completed building our new rescue facility. Our kennels provide a safe and loving environment for emergency cases with nowhere else to go. Our rescue service relies on donations.
