St John Ambulance Isle of Man is a volunteer-led health and first aid registered charity that steps forward in the moments that matter, playing a vital role in the heart of the island’s community by saving lives and keeping vulnerable members of our community safe.

Under our commercial arm, 'St John Ambulance Isle of Man Commercial', we deliver first aid training, community transport schemes, defibrillator maintenance initiatives and sell first aid supplies, amongst other projects.

Our charitable work is entirely funded by these commercial activities, as well as through donations, fundraising. All monies raised goes towards volunteer development and equipment, emergency response capabilities, and youth services across the island.
