OUR MISSION: To provide safe harbor, medical care and love for adoptable dogs that have been abused, abandoned and neglected until they are placed into loving, responsible permanent homes; to decrease the need for senseless destroying of dogs by educating the public about the benefits of spaying & neutering; to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness; to promote respect for life, responsible pet ownership and to encourage the higher ideals of compassion towards animals and people through education and example. All dogs are fostered out of volunteer's homes; there is no building that we keep our dogs in. They are on our couches, in our beds and in our hearts. We feed our dogs only premium dog food as most of them are being taken out of less-than-good situations, and really need high-quality dog food to get them healthy again.
