New England Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing neglected and unwanted puppies—regardless of zip code. Whether abandoned, in high-kill shelters, or owner-surrendered, we provide the veterinary care they need and place them in loving, forever homes.

We are a foster-based rescue with an in-house veterinary and adoption facility located in Canton. We also proudly operate a specialized Orphan Puppy Program for puppies 2-6 weeks abandoned without mothers, giving even the most vulnerable a chance to thrive.
