K9 Camo Companions mission is to place rescue animals with Veterans as companion pets to enhance both of their lives. The pets we place are fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped, licensed, and come with all the supplies needed for their new home. We have a pet pantry that our Veterans utilize where they can obtain food, treats, toys, bowls, leashes, collars, anything their pet might need. We provide basic obedience training for every dog we place. Everything is at ZERO cost to the Veteran. 

Our mission is dependent on generous donations and support from the community. The pet pantry is 100% donated, and we rely on our sponsors and fundraisers to have the means to place companion animals. The support helps us cover adoption fees, vaccinations, spay/neuter costs, and training for our dog placements.  

22 Veterans commit suicide every day. We don't claim to have all the answers when it comes to assisting Veterans who are hurting, but we know that often having a companion animal to love and care for can give these Veterans a purpose they've been searching for. If there is a chance of saving one Veteran, we must try.
