SPARC offers day programs with personalized 1:1 support for adults with severe and multiple disabilities who are unable to work. After completing public school, our participants transition to our program. Our mission is to provide these adults with continuous learning opportunities, social connections, and a significant place within our community. Operating from community centers in Fairfax, Arlington, and soon Loudoun counties, adults facing various challenges gather daily. Here, they build friendships and make choices. SPARC fosters an environment where sharing is integral because we believe that living, learning, working, and socializing should be enjoyable. This approach establishes SPARC as an exemplary model for long-term care of adults with severe and multiple disabilities.
