Sparkle on Stage, Inc. exists to ignite creativity, confidence, and community through the performing and visual arts. Founded by Robyn Workman, our mission is to provide a welcoming, inclusive space where people of all ages—especially youth—can explore their creative potential through theater, music, art, and movement. We serve those who may never otherwise have the opportunity, resources, or encouragement to shine.
From school-aged children discovering their voice on stage, to local artists gaining a platform to share their gifts, Sparkle on Stage opens the door to self-expression, skill-building, and joy. Our community events, youth programs, and performance showcases spark inspiration, build teamwork, and foster lifelong appreciation for the arts.  Approving this grant directly fuels accessible creative programs and empowers the next generation of artists, dreamers, and doers.
