At Sophias Safe Haven we are not breed specific, we try to help any dog in need. We rescue a lot of street dogs in Texas and wherever we are needed before they end up in the shelter. Dumped dogs, hit and run medical cases, abused, seniors and puppies from euthanasia. We train our fosters for each individual dogs circumstances so there are positive outcomes. Our adopters are briefed on the all important 3/3/3 rule for a smooth transition. We Spay/neuter all our rescues non negotiable unless deemed medically inappropriate.
