The purpose of this organization is the establishment and maintenance of an online ethnological museum and associated collection of culturally significant artifacts, with a view toward the establishment of a physical museum building. Its activities shall include the collection and public display of culturally significant masks, costumes, and associated artifacts; the gathering and dissemination of information, photographic images, and documentary films relating to culturally significant masquerades; the preservation of cultural masquerading traditions; and the provision of a forum for the publication of relevant information by knowledgeable experts and organizations.
