Save Our Scruff works locally and globally alongside community organizations to provide care for dogs in need. 

We are dedicated to:reducing overpopulation through spay & neuter programsmatching homeless dogs with safe and suitable temporary + furever homes through our intake, foster & adoption programs Stopping the cycle of abandonment, neglect or poor handling through education and advocacy. We thoughtfully review dog situations with our team and discuss the best approach for support. That could mean providing advice, community resources or dog intake.Our desire is to help develop thoughtful dog caregivers, neighbours + community members. Dog overpopulation, abandonment and abuse is a human created problem. Supporting SOS means making a conscious decision to be an advocate for dogs. We work toward the goal of preventing the need for rescue in the future by focusing on providing people with the knowledge, resources + support needed to set dogs up for success.
