Who Are We 

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring young girls and women ages 14 -24 with an emphasis on HBCUs. Since 2011 we have been a beacon of support, cultivating emerging leaders by fostering a unique mentorship model. 

What We Do 

We empower young women to build a healthy self image and self-esteem through transformative experiences. Our mentorship programs focus on personal development, professional growth, and educational advancement. By fostering academic excellence and cultivating a passion for social and global impact. Our four pillars of success: Career & Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy & Wealth Legacy, Health & Wellness, and Lifestyle & Leadership, provide a compass to guide young women.

Since 2011, SAGSAW has been dedicated to being a GPS, guiding young women toward professional and personal growth as they navigate he journey to adulthood. Our mission is to empower them to navigate the complex journey to adulthood with confidence and purpose. Our holistic approach aims to equip the next generation of women with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.
