As a California-licensed 501(c)(3) nonprofit Foster Family Agency (FFA), FosterHope Sacramento goes beyond traditional foster care by providing a comprehensive network of supportive services designed to help children, youth, and families truly thrive.

From visitation and family support services to essential resources like clothing, food, and supplies, we meet the unique needs of every youth we serve. Through our Youth Trauma Response Team (YTRT), we meet youth where they are—offering compassionate guidance and support as they navigate the juvenile justice system. In addition, we provide a full continuum of foster care services, from Enhanced Care to Traditional Foster Care, along with innovative classes and experiences that open doors to opportunities youth may not otherwise have.

At FosterHope Sacramento, our goal is simple: to provide every child with stability, hope, and the tools they need to thrive.

Our mission is to provide support to children, teens and families and facilitate healing of the spirit, mind and body to help them reach their fullest potential.

FosterHope’s vision is to help heal the effects of trauma and end the cycle of abuse, and poverty, by building on the strengths of children and families so they find safety, hope, and success in life.
