Our telephone helpline volunteers provide skilled, non-judgmental, empathetic listening that empowers anyone struggling with life's issues. Common reasons for calling include loneliness, isolation, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, relationships, gender/sexuality concerns, addiction and mental health illness. When people need to be heard day or night, we listen.
