For over 62 years, RSPCA Sussex West Branch Mount Noddy Animal Centre has provided care and assistance to animals who need a second chance to find their forever home.

We aim to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome. Each year our team of Animal Care Assistants work 7 days a week looking after hundreds of dogs and cats in the local Chichester District area, providing expert care for them until their new home is found, however long that might be.

Each year we take in over 350 animals. Our state-of-the-art centre (built in 2021) has incredible facilities: 27 spacious dog kennels, an isolation wing, 47 cat pens, a hydrotherapy treadmill, veterinary suite, and grooming room. To complement this, we also have a secure outside exercise area and wildlife copse.

We are completely self-funded which means we rely on donations, legacies, local fundraising activities, public support, and sales from our four charity shops to support the work we do at Mount Noddy Animal Centre and in the community.

As a local RSPCA branch, we adhere to high animal welfare standards and work with local RSPCA Inspectors to shelter and care for hundreds of rescued cats and dogs each year. We are a seperate registered charity to the National RSPCA branch are not funded by them.
