Tyler’s Trust is the brainchild of Tyler Murphy, who in 2015 set up Tyler’s Trust which is a small, registered local charity supporting children with life threatening illness and their families – www.tylerstrust.co.uk.When Tyler, aged just 12, was diagnosed with a brain tumour and whilst still in hospital, he bought some items to cheer the other children up on the ward and the response he received was the driving force behind Tyler’s Trust. The Trust has grown since 2015 and has increased its services through the provision of a variety of supportive services to the local community. The initiatives which have developed to address the needs of the local community includes :-• A beautiful gift box of presents for the ill child• A large bag of presents for each sibling• A home essentials kit• Support for our local hospitals• Host inclusive Activity Sessions• Amazing free family fun day• Shop in Barnham. There is a desperate need for our services in the local community and we would welcome support to help to be able to be provide this.
