Rock It Out’s mission is to provide a safe space for those with Parkinson's Disease (PD) to fight back against PD through exercise, education, and a supportive community for themselves and their loved ones/caregivers. Rock It Out’s program is “VIP for PD” - it has everything those with PD need to meet their exercise needs. In addition to providing Rock Steady affiliate classes in boxing, Rock It Out also offers yoga classes, spin classes, educational lunches, and caregiver classes.
