Rise & Thrive Co. is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting young people, adolescents, and families impacted by domestic violence, family violence, and intergenerational trauma.

Our work is grounded in psychological principles and trauma-informed practice, with a strong focus on early intervention, prevention, and recovery. We create safe, supportive environments where individuals can understand their experiences, develop emotional awareness, and build the psychological tools needed for long-term healing.

Through a unique blend of counselling, psychology-informed education, emotional skill development, and movement-based activities (including sport), our programs support nervous system regulation, healthy coping strategies, self-confidence, and resilience. We work collaboratively with schools, community organisations, and mental health services to provide strong referral pathways and holistic, wrap-around care.
