The vision of the QRU Nonprofit Organization is to help those who answer the call. If or when you need to call 911, we want to ensure that there is someone who answers and has the training, equipment, and support to answer the call and provide life saving measures. We will pursue our vision through fundraising, educating, and bringing awareness to the community of the needs of the rural emergency responder organizations.
