Pumpkin's Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre (PWHRC) provides top-quality veterinary care and rehabilitation services to Britain's sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife, as well as collaborating with partners and communities to raise wildlife awareness.

We share everything we do with our growing communities on social media, and we do a lot for our local wildlife. Initially people were drawn to us because of Pumpkin the fox, our patron, wildlife ambassador, and the inspiration for our charity. Pumpkin was hit by a car and the delay in her rehabilitation caused her sickness that prevented her release back to the wild.

Our founder, a veterinary surgeon named Ana, saved Pumpkin’s life and nursed her back to health and into her loving home. Pumpkin’s story inspired Ana to create a charity and to share their journey with the world.

We urge anyone with an interest to join our active community on the links provided to see the great work we do to rescue, rehabilitate, release, and protect Britain’s wildlife. This springtime you’ll find foxes and hedgehogs who struggled after hibernation, join us in summer young wildlife is most at risk, and help us support animals in autumn as they setup for the difficult winter.
