We are a small rural Church of England primary school based in Huxley, Cheshire. We were rated Good Ofsted, Oct 2019 and SIAMS Outstanding. We have a caring, family atmosphere. Our small size means children have a personalised learning experience and thrive in all aspects of their education academically and socially. Small class sizes maximise attainment and behaviour - teachers know each child's personal strengths and learning styles, ensuring individual needs are met. Each child gets a high level of attention. We have great outdoor space surrounded by fruit trees, our wildlife area, woodland play equipment and the outdoor classroom. What makes the school special is that from the start, children feel happy, safe and secure, that effort is worthwhile and achievement possible. Everyday is an exciting adventure. We also offer after school activities for not just children who attend the school but other children locally and adults classes too. We offer music in conjunction with Chester Universtity, French with renowned linguist Dr Ann Williams, various sports with Chris, AW Coaching. We would like support to help develop our community activities.
