The objects for which the Association is established are to provide financial and other assistance to persons and organizations nominated from time to time by the Management Committee for the relief of poverty,suffering, distress and misfortune in the Philippines and other developing countries. In particular, the developments and relief of indigent people, on a partnership basis with indigenous organizations, with an emphasis on medical surgery solely for the benefit of the public interest through the provision of specialist and medical staff to conduct medical procedures and teach indigenous specialists.
