No Time To Spare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (NTTSARS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3), no-kill, volunteer-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of homeless, abused, and neglected animals. Primarily operated by volunteers, NTTSARS focuses on rescuing animals and preparing them to become beloved family companions. We are committed to providing comprehensive care through adoption, veterinary services, training, sanctuary, cruelty investigation, and community outreach. Additionally, we offer food pantry and low-cost services whenever possible.Our organization ensures that all rescued pets are spayed, neutered, vaccinated, and treated for any health issues, ranging from common ailments such as worms, kennel cough, and ear infections to more severe conditions like contagious mange, heartworms, parvo, broken bones, hip replacements, and dental problems. We also provide grooming and maintenance for all animals in our care.The dedication of our volunteers is the cornerstone of our operations. They begin their day at the crack of dawn, ensuring the animals are fed, watered, exercised, medicated, and cared for. Beyond daily care, volunteers handle a myriad of tasks including transporting animals to veterinary appointments, organizing adoption events, conducting home visits, managing food supplies, and participating in craft fairs, flea markets, and fundraisers.Behind the scenes, volunteers diligently work on grant applications, manage our online presence, respond to social media inquiries, and monitor shelter kill lists to rescue animals in urgent need. They also handle the administrative responsibilities of processing phone calls, adoption and foster applications, messages, and emails. Our team ensures compliance with annual licensure requirements, including Department of Agriculture inspections and monthly county reports.At NTTSARS, our primary mission is saving the lives of innocent animals and finding them loving, permanent homes.
