We are a 501 (C)(3) horse rescue at our one year anniversary. In our 1st year we rescued 7 horses at risk of heading to slaughter in bad shape. We rehabbed and retrained them. We successfully rehomed 2 and are on our way to rehoming more so we can help others. We also have reproductive knowledge, and the set up for mares to give birth at our barn. One of our most recent rescues was an untouched mare about to drop a foal, and was very close to getting thrown on a slaughter truck because she was terrified and defending herself and nobody could get near her. We are working on her trust and making strides. Her foal is beautiful and happily adopted. Please consider helping our rescue!
