The MVP Foundation makes a difference by teaching leadership and life skills to young men – our most valuable people. The mission: To instill a set of life and leadership skills in 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade boys who reside in Maricopa County, Arizona. Every young man should have the opportunity to learn valuable leadership skills. Through the MVP Foundation, these skills are taught during Leadership Academies, where the power of sports, challenging group activities, group discussion, counselor-led quality time, and well-known motivational speakers encourage students’ aspirations for academic success.

The MVP Foundation will provide middle-school boys a weekend leadership skills experience designed to clear a path to graduation and toward college or trade school. The MVP Leadership Academy teaches positive decision-making, teamwork, and avoidance of risky behaviors. The Academy features group activities, including programming specifically developed for middle schoolers, sports clinics, group discussions, and motivational speakers to encourage young men to achieve academic excellence and develop positive life skills. And it's FREE to all the boys and their families.
