Manasprings is a female led charity, supporting and strengthening grassroots women leaders in Kenya who care for vulnerable and marginalised communities. Caring for the carers - frontline workers within Kenyan society, and contributing to the economic empowerment of impoverished women is what we do best. 

At Manasprings our commitment is to provide a place where grassroots women leaders gather to refresh body, mind and spirit for re-energised service to their communities. Why? Because we believe that women are the most influential force for change in the world. Without these courageous and compassionate women, many disadvantaged communities would be without food, shelter, care, education, health and livelihoods. 

Women across Kenya who lead within their local community based organisations are making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged women, men, boys and girls. We call these women – Manawomen. They are dedicated to seeing transformational change in their communities.
