The mission of Little Gems Therapeutic Riding is to provide a safe, encouraging environment in which participants can maximize their physical, emotional, and intellectual potential through the development of their relationship with horses. We serve 15 children annually, for whom the experiences provided by Little Gems are nothing short of life-changing. And the horses in the program have come to us after careers in other disciplines, and find their highest calling in connection with the children they serve. Especially now, the joy and freedom and physical development our horses impart to their riders goes a long way in helping them navigate the uncertain times in which we all live.
