The Lewisville High School Band Boosters' mission is to support the participation in band activities for all students. We provide equipment, personnel, and financial resources for student jazz bands, concert bands, solo & ensemble contests, drumline contests, color guard contests, community concerts and performances. We are a Title 1 program and 60% of our students fall into the economically disadvantaged category. Our goal is to find sources of income that do not cost our families additional money. It is so important for our students to have a community where they belong and being in band meets that need for our students. We never turn students away from participating due to a lack of ability to pay their band fees. We have a fund set up to provide private lessons should a student show interest but not have the resources to afford private lessons. We have 3 $1000 college scholarships that we provide to deserving seniors each year. We believe it is important to use our resources to support and further the education of our students in a variety of ways.
