we are a not for profit charity run entirely by volunteers. 100% of what we raise goes back into supporting patients and their families who are living with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related blood cancers all free of charge. we raise money through fundraising events such as raffles, sausage sizzles, Shine Bright for Leukaemia walk and with dinners. basically anything we can come up with, we will do (legally of course) we support the patients and their families financially, emotionally through counselling services and transport to and from treatment centres. 47 people are diagnosed daily in Australia, that is one person every 31 minutes, every 57 minutes someone dies from leukaemia, lymphoma, or other blood related cancers. Leukaemia is still the biggest childhood cancer.
