InDependent is the space for military spouse wellness. We make health and wellness accessible to military spouses across all branches of the military, including active duty, guard, reserve, veteran and retired. Our nonprofit team works with mental health, nutrition, and other wellness experts to create educational programming, tailored resources and tools, and research to support holistic military spouse well-being. When we support the heart of the home through the military spouse, we influence the well-being of our service members and future generations.
