HorsePower Brigadoon previously known as Riding for the Disabled Association Brigadoon is a registered voluntary, charitable not for profit organisation that provides people with diversabilities opportunities that empower them to break through physical, cognitive and emotional barriers utilising the power of the horse to develop their abilities and enrich their lives. HorsePower Brigadoon welcomes people of all ages and abilities, who may be referred to us in a variety of ways, including from a health professional, a teacher, caregiver or friend of the family. Horse riding and horse related activities are of great benefit to people with a wide range of diversabilities including: Autistic Spectrum Disorders Cerebral Palsy Spina Bifida Down Syndrome Intellectual & Learning Disability Depression and Anxiety Youth at risk We rely on voluntary support, donations and sponsorship to deliver our services to those within the WA community.
