We recognise that everyone seeks a home - a place where they feel safe, welcome and accepted. Our part in helping everyone in the Yarra Ranges create a home is through creating a holistic, strategic and collaborative approach. We work towards building community among people who are experiencing homelessness and housing stress and help them to see their own strengths and resilience. This is achieved through building networks of advocacy, education and support with like-minded organisations, people experiencing homelessness and housing stress, and the broader community.
