GendAffirm is a trans-led, Māori and Pasifika led grassroots organisation.

GendAffirm delivers a range of activities that support trans and gender-diverse communities across Aotearoa. Our core work includes maintaining a free, publicly accessible inclusive employer database and supporting organisations to develop and strengthen gender affirmation policies and inclusive practices. We deliver workshops, presentations and advisory support to employers, tertiary providers and community organisations, building understanding and capability to create safer, more affirming environments.
