Carnegie Toy Library is a registered charity and not for profit which is volunteer run.  We receive no Government funding.  Our sources of funding are grants, sponsorship, membership fees and donations. Our aims are:

1.  to provide at low cost, all abilities, quality toys and equipment for children.
2. To disseminate information and promote discussion on the importance and value of play and it's relationship to the development of children.
3. To promote environmental, social and economic sustainability.
4. To provide quality advice on the selection of play materials.
