Gotcha4Life
About us
“We see a world where people are open, honest and supportive in their relationships and comfortable to express themselves when they are not ok. We envisage a society in which everyone has a Gotcha4Life mate who they can open up to, warts and all and rely on no matter what” - Gus Worland, Founder
What do we do? -
We believe in 'Prevention through Connection'
• Raising awareness of the importance of identifying a close friend in your life, someone you know you can go to and speak openly and honestly to when times are tough
• Enabling connection by funding educational workshops, innovative training programmes and products that build mental fitness in individuals and communities across Australia, to activate strong, open and binding relationships. These include Tomorrow Man and Tomorrow Woman Workshops for high-schools, sporting clubs and and community cohorts, as well as Lifeline Crisis Supporter training, Mental Health First Aid and Communicating With Care training programmes.
We believe that great friendship + mental fitness = a foundation of resilience, an antidote to tough times.
