GPAW is a small city cat shelter. We took over in March 2025. 10 cats were left from last group, not sociable and sick.

We are a no kill shelter, which has made it a bit difficult, as in the past 7 months we have been brought hy ACO and citizens around 150 cats & kittens. We place barn cats, a few great fosters and some adoptions. GPAW is my heart and soul. I will try everytging possible to save them. Our community has learned a hated word "nuisance", and they neighbors can have your cats picked up and brought to us. With the words No TNR on the intake sheet. We are trying whatever possible to help this community, even though not many are behind us. The City helps monthly, but with food, vet bills, medicine to keep healthy and upkeep, we are lacking funds. Our mother rescue FOGAS has helped alot, but we lost the head lady, and they are disbanning. Im not giving up on these precious furr banies.
