Georgia Humane Society is a fully volunteer, 501(c)3 nonprofit that rescues abused, neglected and unwanted cats and kittens from local animal shelters, the majority of them from “Death Row.”

Since 2015, GHS rescue and adopted out over five thousand, two hundred kitties that faced euthanasia. Last year alone, we adopted out over five hundred eighty five felines with  as well as relocated/rehabilitated many feral and special needs cats & kittens. Cats and kittens are vaccinated, chipped, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption.  They are listed on Adopt-A-Pet and are at our Adoption events.  Your donations are vitally important to help us continue our mission of saving cats and kittens and finding them new furrever homes.
