GCAA works to improve the lives of dogs and horses by promoting and encouraging responsible pet ownership.  We believe the primary cause of neglect and suffering of our companion animals is the result of overpopulation caused by a lack of spay/neuter and over breeding.

We try to effect positive change through education and awareness of the general public using social media and our website.  We provide research and data to public policy makers, state agencies and humane lobbyists.  

We are 100% volunteer-run and 100% of donations goes directly to efforts to improve the lives of dogs and horses.
