Gbarnga Lutheran Mission Project, Inc. (“Gbarnga Mission”) is dedicated to sharing God’s love by facilitating Christ-centered education, community development, economic opportunity, and health initiatives in rural Liberia. We are constructing and staffing the Gbarnga Lutheran Training Center (GLTC), offering primary, secondary, and vocational education to impoverished families still struggling from 14-years of civil war, the Ebola outbreak, and Covid-19 pandemic. The school currently serves over 230 students from Daycare through Grade 8 plus 60 adults attending vocational training. A child sponsorship program helps students access education and essential resources such as clean water, sanitation, malaria prevention, and hygiene programs to uplift the community.
