We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established through the dedicated efforts of volunteers striving to improve animal welfare by assisting the Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter. All funds we raise and collect are used to assist the Animal Shelter in providing the upmost humane treatment and care for homeless and abandoned animals. We promote responsible pet ownership, animal welfare, spay and neuter programs, and community awareness of the pet overpopulation problem in our region.

Our current significant focus is trying to complete the spay and neuter Clinic building of which we have built the shell. We expect from her business plan to need an initial $600,000.
