Our model of long-term mentorship is suited to address fundamental needs and long-term outcomes of youth who have experienced trauma and transition and break generational cycles of poverty and violence. Professional mentors spend 8-16 hrs per month with each youth, focusing on school success, plans for the future, social and emotional development, improved health and positive decision-making. Your support will help us provide long-term and intensive professional mentoring to over 220 youth in our program who face significant systemic barriers and are the most in need of a consistent, caring adult in their lives.
