Fayetteville Urban Ministry is a 50 year-old nonprofit that TRANSFORMS LIVES through our four dynamic programs: our Adult Literacy & Education Program provides basic literacy and education, citizenship attainment, ESL, one-on-one tutoring, and career readiness. Our Emergency Assistance Program provides food, clothing, targeted case management, homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing services. Our Find-a-Friend Program serves at-risk youth ages 14-18 with one-on-one mentoring, interpersonal skills development, individual and group workshops and family sculpting. Our Nehemiah Project serves low income homeowners by providing free home repairs such as roof replacement, plumbing, flooring, and more! ALL services are 100% free of charge.
