Our organization, Friends & Ferals, is a nonprofit organization based in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to work to TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) the stray, feral and community cats in the immediate and surrounding communities of Columbia County as well as educate the public on the importance of sterilization for stray and owned pets while additionally acting as a resource and support for both the animals and people of our community.
