About us
We are a charity whose volunteers (Community First Responders(CFRs) respond to 999 Calls on behalf of West Midlands Ambulance service when an ambulance is not immediately available.The charity is fully self funded through fundraising and donations and our volunteers are not paid.West Midlands Ambulance service will provide consumables as replacements only if our CFRs have used equipment whilst responding to a 999 call.
