At ELP, we provide tailored business support to transfer skills, build confidence, and connect remote leaders with the people and opportunities that will support their growth into the long-term.Our programs are like none other - we go to community, take time to learn as well as teach, and invest in the development of people to achieve what they want to see in their community. One year after working with us, our first cohort of four businesses create 35 new jobs for remote Indigenous communities.
