The purpose of the EBPA is to support the development and growth of pickleball in cities in Alameda and West Contra Costa County, particularly disadvantaged communities. The organization is organized and operated to foster and promote healthy lifestyles and well-bring through recreation by engaging residents of all ages in pickleball activities.
