Here at Desi’s Legacy Ranch and Sanctuary Inc we open our gates and hearts to those least likely to find a safe place to call home. We take in the ones that are usually not wanted, the ones usually overlooked or left behind. They are the lame, the old, the injured/sick, the blind, the unrideable…the ones that in many peoples eyes have nothing to offer. But we feel they have an abundance of appreciation & love to offer. I feel blessed just to be able to have them in our yard..to be able to see, touch, heal & love on them. We get them from the kill pens, auction barns and owner surrenders.
