Dachshund Rescue of Houston (DRoH) is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Dachshunds and Dachshund mixes in need of a second chance at life and love. Dogs are accepted from shelters, pounds, and private owners, which also helps alleviate the burden on local animal shelters. DRoH maintains a lifetime commitment to every dog it rescues, ensuring any dog adopted through the program can return to DRoH if needed. DRoH is an entirely volunteer based 501(c)(3) organization.
