Critter Harbor, Inc. is an all-volunteer nonprofit working to end the euthanasia of cats.  We do TNR (trap/neuter/return) of community/feral cats and work with rescue organizations to find homes for the adoptable kittens we encounter.  TNR is the only humane way to control the overpopulation of homeless cats and prevent them and future litters from ending up in shelters that are already overwhelmed with adoptable felines.  We operate in Northwest Wisconsin and Northeast Minnesota.  We TNR hundreds of cats every year.
