CEOEW believes that every horse deserves a life of love, commitment, and care. We work to keep horses out of at risk situations with a multi-pronged approach including owner education, emergency feed, humane euthanasia assistance, auction intercept, and owner relinquishment to our Rescue, Rehabilitate, and Rehome program.
